El Paso, Texas, — A semi-truck traveling west on I-10 turned over at around 4 AM Sunday between. The crash was between Lordsburg and Deming.

The passenger of the truck, Zhang Wenbo, 36, of Chino Hills, California, died at the scene of the accident. The driver of the vehicle, whose name was not disclosed, was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Per NMSP, it’s suspected that seatbelts were not worn at the time of the crash.
